Beat the Monday Blues with Colourful Vibes of Kabir Khan and Mini Mathur's Home

The well-known film director of Bollywood, Kabir Khan and a popular social figure, host-cum-actor, Mini Mathur with two children and Blue khan(dog) live in Mumbai.

We love the choice of Mini and her vibrant personality which is perfectly evident in the playful interiors! The home is inspired by Greece way of architecture and collectables from different places which will surely make you fall in love.

Old-world Relic:

The living room of Mathur-Khan household is perfectly imbibing their love for old things. The sofa set seen in the image is made from lotus root and the table is from Kabir's ancestral home in Hyderabad.

Luxury Beckons:

Poster bed, entertainment center, beautiful memories of couple and a bunch of books, sounds like a true bedroom beckon? De facto, this bedroom can also be turned into a dance floor by using the balcony. A perfect Interior-Exterior Connection!

Mini Mathur loves to cook, and she wanted to connect the family with food and fondness. The open kitchen concept did everything for her.

The couple is setting perfect dining goals with the kitchen-cum-dining room. Carrying a classy charm, colourful pieces fused with vintage style in this area, tell a flavouring story. Being a vintage lover in case of furniture, she opted for a dining table set with bench that shows the perfect blend of traditional and modern style.

Fair Share of Everything:

Sharing is about caring and bonding, this leads to the identity crisis in this colourful enclave. Mini wanted her children Sairah and Vivaan to share the same room, but they couldn't agree on one theme. So, they divide it into two. Walk Into Nature:

The couple has their own piece of sky on the terrace which is gorgeous. The Santorini seats cover the pipes running all over the terrace and green plants around look very charming. The boat table, being a storage unit at the terrace, is filled with Blue's grooming products and toys.

Not Just Workplace:

Not just the workplace, it's more than that for the social butterfly. This place is synced with sunlight and different patterns. Apart from a 'Happy Space' for doing work, this area is a great vantage point to keep a check on her kids.

Seeing The True Colours:

This corner of home indulges us in a world of seasonal colours. Mini loves living in colours, according to the season, she does not fear to pick up a brush and paint over this corner. She lives every moment with the language of colours.

A Symphony of Decor:

Mathur and Khan, both are extremely enthusiastic about decorating their home. The couple spills colours and happiness with various home decor items.

We are already in love with Kabir as a director and Mini since her days as VJ. She also stole many hearts with her simple appearance, but with her play of colours in the heart of Mumbai- we are bowled over.
