  We recommend periodic professional cleaning for higher durability of the carpet and rugs.

Please note: Shaggy rugs tend to shed due to their natural material and long pile. Shedding decreases over time through regular vacuuming, but it will never stop completely. If the thread comes out, do not pull instead of trim with a pair of scissors.

Delivery:

• Free delivery is only applicable for the first attempt to deliver at your shipping address. If a customer misses this delivery, an extra visiting charge will be applicable for the second attempt.

In the rare case that you receive a defective or damaged product, please raise a ticket through Help Centre, and we will resolve your query at the earliest.   Return/Reverse pickup will be processed after receiving brand approval.
