Care & Instructions
- Clean the dirt from the wooden furniture using a slightly damp cotton cloth. Use only wood-friendly cleansers. Immediately wipe the moisture with a dry, soft, and lint-free cloth.
- Vacuum the fabric of your sofas periodically with a soft-bristle brush attachment to remove dirt and prevent it from getting trapped in fibers.
- In case of a spill, blot the stain with a clean, dry cloth in a gentle manner. Please make sure you do not use coarse material or rub the spot briskly.
- Use mats and coasters before keeping any hot or cold items on the wooden surface.
- Ensure that the furniture does not have any exposure to moisture.
- Ensure that the furniture does not have any exposure to direct sunlight to retain the color or polish of the product.
- Keep sharp objects away from your furniture to avoid cuts and scratches.
- Avoid chemical contact with the furniture as it may harm the natural finish and durability of the product.
Please note: Do not drag the furniture to relocate it, as this might weaken the joints. Instead, lift the wooden furniture if you want to move it.
Delivery & Installation
Delivery:
Our support and delivery teams will be in touch with you for a hassle-free delivery.
Free delivery is only applicable for the first attempt to deliver at your shipping address. If a customer misses this delivery, an extra visiting charge will be applicable for the second attempt.
In absence of a service lift, our delivery partner shall only make a delivery to the ground floor of your apartment. Extra charges applicable per floor on delivery to the customer’s floor (on request) in such cases.
Extra charges applicable for weekend or time-specific delivery.
Your product(s) will be held for 10 days at the nearest delivery hub if you’ve failed to receive the delivery. After this, WoodenStreet shall be free to charge or cancel the order.
Installation:
- Depending on the delivery condition, your product may or may not require installation assistance upon delivery.
- If the delivery Condition is:
- Pre-assembled – no installation is required. The product comes fully-assembled and ready to use.
- Expert Assembly – expert assistance is required, for which WoodenStreet will provide carpenters to carry out proper installation and assembly.
- Basic assembly/DIY – the product requires minimal installation/assembly, which can be carried out by the customer using simple tools and assembly instructions provided. No expert assistance required.
Warranty
This product comes with warranty which covers manufacturing defects, inherent termites and borer issues.
For upholstered products, the warranty applies to the frame, mechanisms, if any.
This limited warranty does not apply to the following:
Normal wear and tear of the product over prolonged use
Small cuts, scratches or damages due to wrong cleaning methods or impacts/accidents
Damage caused due incorrect installation/assembly by the customer
Cracks developed due to displacement of the product
Fading due to direct exposure to sunlight
Decaying of wood due to consistent exposure to water
Upholstery fabrics such as seat covers have no warranty
Non-standard dry-cleaning procedures or use of harsh chemicals
As per the industry standards, unevenness of up to 5 mm is accepted widely due to differences in floor and surface levels. This is not covered in warranty.

Please contact us immediately if: You received a damaged or defective product, bring it in the notice of delivery personnel immediately at the time of delivery and report a complaint at customer care at support@woodenstreet.com.damage & defect will be assessed in 72 hours’, and a solution will be provided. If in the opinion of Wooden Street, the product is broken, it may be returned/replaced, or any other corrective measure may be taken, as deemed appropriate by Wooden Street, to address the issue

Yes, the installation is done at the time of delivery, but if the products get delivered early through our 3rd party logistics, then we ensure our installation team arrives at the location within 24-48 hours to initiate the process. Also, we shall not be responsible for providing installation of wall mount TV unit, study table, wall shelf etc. upto the value of 10,000. In case customer want to avail this service an additional charge of 500 would be applicable at the time of placing the order.Wooden Street doesn’t recommend you to pay any extra amount asked by delivery person. If paid, we shall not be accountable for any type of reimburse.

The base composition of the furniture product is made using solid wood. On the other hand, certain specific furniture’s back panel structures or drawers back panels are composed of secondary components such as MDF, Ply, Veneer or partial board that is better suited.
We ensure to deliver the perfect furniture as you see & order. There might be possibilities you shall experience a slight variation in fabric color and wood finish, considering the displayed resolution can create a minor difference in the physical product. The different display resolution could account as a cause of the difference in the product.
The wooden packaging material used for shipping a product is a property of Wooden Street, and should not be disposed of by any customer. Wooden Street believes in recycling these wooden carats and packing material; hence we would like to collect these back from the customer and re-use it.
