Cleaning Technique

• Wipe off the dirt from the chair using a soft cotton cloth damped in a mild cleaner. Do not use rough cloth and strong liquid cleaners.
• In case of a spot, do not leave the stain unattended. Take action on the stain immediately using a soft cotton cloth dampened in a mild cleaner. (Note: To maintain the quality of the product, make sure you do not scrub the stained area.)

Avoid exposure to sunlight

The chair must be protected from direct sunlight and heat to preserve the material and fabric from degrading.

Clean casters

Flip your chair upside down to pull out any debris from the casters. You can also use a vacuum cleaner to suction any excessive lint or debris out of the casters.

Delivery:

• Our support and delivery teams will be in touch with you for a hassle-free delivery.

• Free delivery is only applicable for the first attempt to deliver at your shipping address. If a customer misses this delivery, an extra visiting charge will be applicable for the second attempt.

• In absence of a service lift, our delivery partner shall only make a delivery to the ground floor of your apartment. Extra charges applicable per floor on delivery to the customer’s floor (on request) in such cases.

• Extra charges applicable for weekend or time-specific delivery.

• Your product(s) will be held for 10 days at the nearest delivery hub if you’ve failed to receive the delivery. After this, WoodenStreet reserve the right to either change or cancel the order.

Installation:

• Depending on the delivery condition, your product may or may not require installation assistance upon delivery.
• If the delivery Condition is:
  • Pre-assembled – no installation is required. The product comes fully-assembled and ready to use.
  • Expert Assembly – expert assistance is required, for which WoodenStreet will provide carpenters to carry out proper installation and assembly.
  • Basic assembly/DIY – the product requires minimal installation/assembly, which can be carried out by the customer using simple tools and assembly instructions provided. No expert assistance required.

• The product comes with the 6-months warranty against any manufacturing or material defects.
• The warranty does not cover damages due to usage of the product beyond its intended use and wear & tear during the natural course of product usage.

This limited warranty does not apply to the following:

1. Normal wear and tear of the product over prolonged use

2. Small cuts or scratches, or damage caused by wrong cleaning methods, impacts or accidents

3. Non-standard dry-cleaning procedures or use of harsh chemicals

4. Fading due to direct exposure to sunlight Cracks developed due to displacement of the product

5. Products that have been stored, assembled or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products.

Note : As per the industry standards, unevenness of up to 5 mm is accepted widely due to differences in floor and surface levels. This is not covered in warranty.

Each piece of such Furniture is, thus, unique, and there is a possibility of slight differences between the picture and the actual product.

• Placing an Order:

  Please check the dimensions of your entrance/door to your premise before buying, so that there is no problem in getting the product inside at the time of delivery. In such a situation, we will not be able to accept return or cancellation requests. Certain items require no assembly and can be used as-is. For this, please check the item details. Wherever we assist with assembly, the carpenter visits will be scheduled.

• On Returns:

  Return/Reverse pickup will be processed after receiving brand approval. The customer has to ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging along with all the accompanied tags and labels and the Reverse Shipping Label properly attached. For any further assistance, contact our dedicated customer support team.

   
• Damages:

  WoodenStreet’s delivery arrangements to your home have been designed to ensure a zero-damage and hassle-free experience. Please contact us immediately if: You received a damaged or defective product, bring it in the notice of delivery personnel immediately at the time of delivery and report a complaint at customer care at support@woodenstreet.com.Damage & defect will be assessed in 72 hours’, and a solution will be provided. If in the opinion of Wooden Street, the product is broken, it may be returned/replaced, or any other corrective measure may be taken, as deemed appropriate by Wooden Street, to address the issue

  Any missing parts required in the assembly of the product should be immediately notified to the Customer Support team, so that they can be arranged to be delivered to you as soon as possible.

• Accessories showcased in the image are just to give an idea about the setup. These are not a part of the product, unless specified.

• In the case of solid wood based furniture, the wood grain might slightly vary from product to product.

• Intricate design or hand-paint might have slight variation between the 3D picture and the actual product.

• In accordance with the different screen settings and resolutions, there might be a minute difference in fabric colour and wood finish between the website images and actual product.
