In the rare case that you receive a defective or damaged product, please raise a ticket through Help Centre, and we will resolve your query at the earliest. Wherever we assist with assembly, the carpenter visits will be scheduled.

• On Returns:

  Return/Reverse pickup will be processed after receiving brand approval. The customer has to ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging along with all the accompanied tags and labels and the Reverse Shipping Label properly attached. • Damages:

  WoodenStreet’s delivery arrangements to your home have been designed to ensure a zero-damage and hassle-free experience.
