• Avoid chemical and alcohol contact with the furniture as it might harm the natural finish and durability of the product.

Please note: To maintain the quality of the furniture, make sure you do not use coarse material or rub the spot briskly.

Delivery:

• Our support and delivery teams will be in touch with you for a hassle-free delivery.

• Free delivery is only applicable for the first attempt to deliver at your shipping address. If a customer misses this delivery, an extra visiting charge will be applicable for the second attempt.

• In absence of a service lift, our delivery partner shall only make a delivery to the ground floor of your apartment. Extra charges applicable per floor on delivery to the customer’s floor (on request) in such cases.

• Extra charges applicable for weekend or time-specific delivery.

• Your product(s) will be held for 10 days at the nearest delivery hub if you’ve failed to receive the delivery. After this, WoodenStreet reserve the right to either change or cancel the order.

Installation:

• Depending on the delivery condition, your product may or may not require installation assistance upon delivery.
• If the delivery Condition is:
  • Pre-assembled – no installation is required. The product comes fully-assembled and ready to use.
  • Expert Assembly – expert assistance is required, for which WoodenStreet will provide carpenters to carry out proper installation and assembly.
  • Basic assembly/DIY – the product requires minimal installation/assembly, which can be carried out by the customer using simple tools and assembly instructions provided. No expert assistance required.

The product comes with 15 Months warranty (This warranty policy shall begin on the date the product was purchased).The warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during the warranty period. the warranty applies to furniture used under normal household conditions.

This limited warranty does not apply to the following:

• The alleged defect in the product is within acceptable industry norms such as movement of 4% in some fabrics.

• Cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents.

• Products that have been stored, assembled or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products. (eg upholstered furniture will lighten over time if it's exposed to direct sunlight).

• No warranty on upholstery/ coverings/ cushion Covers.

• The warranty does not cover damages due to the usage of the product beyond its intended use and wear & tear in the natural course of product usage.

• The products has been subjected to abnormal conditions such as envoirement, temprature, water, fire, humidity, pressure, stress or something similar.

• The flaw was caused by abuse, misuse, neglect or an accident.

• Damaged or defect caused by treatment.

• In response to seasonal climate variations, solid wood will contract and expand throughout the life of the product and is thus not warranted for this purpose. (for solid wood furniture).

• Glue lines or other issues related to the natural characteristics of wood are not defects and not covered under warranty.In addition, any claim for seasonal splits, joints opening is limited to warranty period from the time of purchase. (for solid wood furniture).

• Placing an Order:

  Please check the dimensions of your entrance/door to your premise before buying, so that there is no problem in getting the product inside at the time of delivery. In such a situation, we will not be able to accept return or cancellation requests. Certain items require no assembly and can be used as-is. For this, please check the item details. Wherever we assist with assembly, the carpenter visits will be scheduled.

• On Returns:

  Return/Reverse pickup will be processed after receiving brand approval. The customer has to ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging along with all the accompanied tags and labels and the Reverse Shipping Label properly attached. • Damages:

  WoodenStreet’s delivery arrangements to your home have been designed to ensure a zero-damage and hassle-free experience. Please contact us immediately if: You received a damaged or defective product, bring it in the notice of delivery personnel immediately at the time of delivery and report a complaint at customer care at support@woodenstreet.com.damage & defect will be assessed in 72 hours’, and a solution will be provided. If in the opinion of Wooden Street, the product is broken, it may be returned/replaced, or any other corrective measure may be taken, as deemed appropriate by Wooden Street, to address the issue

  Any missing parts required in the assembly of the product should be immediately notified to the Customer Support team, so that they can be arranged to be delivered to you as soon as possible.
