• Cleaning Technique for lamps

  • Fabric lamp shades–Use a clean soft cloth or a bristle brush and clean the shade in a sweeping motion. In case of stain on the fabric, use mild detergent and gently rub the area with a soft microfiber cloth.

  • Wooden lamp base-Use dry microfiber cloth to clean the wooden base of the lamp. We also recommend you to use wood polish to maintain the shine of the lamp.

  • Glass lamp base-Wipe the glass base of the lamp with a soft microfiber cloth dampened in the glass cleaning solution.

  • Brass lamps-Wipe the lamp's surface with a soft cloth damped in mild detergent to maintain the shine of the lamp. Further, take a dry cloth and wipe the surface where you have applied the detergent to clean the stain and dirt. Please make sure you do not rub the spot briskly.

• Cleaning Technique for lightings

  Spray cleaner onto the soft microfiber cloth and gently wipe each corner and side of the lights to clean dirt and stain. Immediately, wipe the surface with a dry cloth to avoid water spots.

• Way to clean hard to reach areas

  Bristle brush is the perfect tool to clean hard-to-reach areas of your lamps and lightings.

• Avoid exposure to moisture

  Ensure that the lamp and lights do not have any exposure to moisture and water.

• Avoid exposure to sunlight

  The lamp must be protected from direct sunlight and heat to retain the color or polish of the product.

• Avoid Chemicals

  Avoid chemical and alcohol contact with the lamp and lightings as it may harm the natural finish and durability of the product.

• Please note: Make sure you do not wet any electronic parts of the lamp and lightings. Before plugging the lamp or lights back into the socket, ensure that the product is thoroughly dry.

Delivery:

• Our support and delivery teams will be in touch with you for a hassle-free delivery.

• Free delivery is only applicable for the first attempt to deliver at your shipping address. If a customer misses this delivery, an extra visiting charge will be applicable for the second attempt.

• In absence of a service lift, our delivery partner shall only make a delivery to the ground floor of your apartment. Extra charges applicable per floor on delivery to the customer’s floor (on request) in such cases.

• Extra charges applicable for weekend or time-specific delivery.

• Your product(s) will be held for 10 days at the nearest delivery hub if you’ve failed to receive the delivery. After this, WoodenStreet reserve the right to either change or cancel the order.

Installation:

• Depending on the delivery condition, your product may or may not require installation assistance upon delivery.
• If the delivery Condition is:
  • Pre-assembled – no installation is required. The product comes fully-assembled and ready to use.
  • Expert Assembly – expert assistance is required, for which WoodenStreet will provide carpenters to carry out proper installation and assembly.
  • Basic assembly/DIY – the product requires minimal installation/assembly, which can be carried out by the customer using simple tools and assembly instructions provided. No expert assistance required.

Warranties:

• We take care of all the quality control measures to ensure that the product(s) you receive are of the premium quality. In the rare case that you receive a defective or a damaged product, please reach out to us at support@woodenstreet.com. We will attend to your query within two business days. 

• If a complaint is to be raised regarding the product defect or quality issue, please contact us within seven days of receiving the product. After then, no complaint about the return of defective and quality concerns would be acceptable.

Each piece of such Furniture is, thus, unique, and there is a possibility of slight differences between the picture and the actual product.

• Placing an Order:

  Please check the dimensions of your entrance/door to your premise before buying, so that there is no problem in getting the product inside at the time of delivery. In such a situation, we will not be able to accept return or cancellation requests. Certain items require no assembly and can be used as-is. For this, please check the item details. Wherever we assist with assembly, the carpenter visits will be scheduled.

• On Delivery:

  On Delivery: Our support and delivery team will be in coordination with you for a hassle-free installation process.

   

  Free delivery is only applicable for the very first attempt on a visit to your ship-to address. In case of a missed delivery, (from a customer)/ an extra visiting charge would be applicable for later installation. Our delivery partner shall only deliver the product to the ground floor in the absence of a service lift in your apartment. (if applicable)

   

  Extra charges applicable for weekend or specific time deliveries. Once the order has reached your nearest delivery center and you fail to receive the products, we would hold the products for 10 days, after this time line, Wooden Street shall be free to charge or cancel the order.

• Damages:

  WoodenStreet’s delivery arrangements to your home have been designed to ensure a zero-damage and hassle-free experience. Please contact us immediately if: You received a damaged or defective product, bring it in the notice of delivery personnel immediately at the time of delivery and report a complaint at customer care at support@woodenstreet.com.Damage & defect will be assessed in 72 hours’, and a solution will be provided. If in the opinion of Wooden Street, the product is broken, it may be returned/replaced, or any other corrective measure may be taken, as deemed appropriate by Wooden Street, to address the issue.

  Any missing parts required in the assembly of the product should be immediately notified to the Customer Support team, so that they can be arranged to be delivered to you as soon as possible.

• Accessories showcased in the image are just to give an idea about the setup. These are not a part of the product, unless specified.

• In the case of solid wood based furniture, the wood grain might slightly vary from product to product.

• Intricate design or hand-paint might have slight variation between the 3D picture and the actual product.

• In accordance with the different screen settings and resolutions, there might be a minute difference in fabric colour and wood finish between the website images and actual product.
